Rogue Cell Secures EIN — A Milestone Toward Our Mission

Rogue Cell has officially been assigned an Employer Identification Number (EIN) by the IRS—a foundational step in building the organization we’ve envisioned from the beginning. It may seem like a small administrative detail, but for us, it represents structure, legitimacy, and momentum.

Our mission has always been clear: reduce veteran suicide by strengthening community, connection, and belonging. Every system we build, every event we host, every partnership we form is designed to bring veterans into spaces where they feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Receiving our EIN moves us closer to expanding that mission. It allows us to formalize our operations, build sustainable programs, and prepare for the next major milestone: our official tax‑exempt determination from the IRS. That process is underway, and we’ll share updates as we move through it.

For now, we’re celebrating this step forward—and getting back to work. Rogue Cell is growing, and so is the community behind it. Together, we’re building something that saves lives.
