Refund Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Limitations

All Rogue Cell physical products are custom-made through Printful, a print-on-demand service. Because items are produced specifically for each order, returns are limited to defective, damaged, or misprinted products.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • Incorrect orders due to a manufacturing error.

Requests for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for returns under Printful’s policies.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns may result in:

  • A replacement item sent at no additional cost.

  • A refund processed upon verification of the issue.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Timeframe for Return Requests

Customers must submit a claim for damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 30 days of receiving the order.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, customers should:

  1. Contact Us at brad@roguecell.org with order details and photos of the issue.

  2. We will review the request and guide the next steps, including Printful’s resolution process.
